The biggest challenge I see is that the Google Fi plan for $20/m is not eligible for this promotion so you have to choose the $50-65/m plans. Bummer.

Trade in values went down today, though. Yesterday the 4a 5G was 250, today it's 45. Still a good deal, although I wonder how the upcoming 7a will compare to the 7. Rumors are it'll have the same processor and (slower) wireless charging, so may or may not be a better deal depending on MSRP.

No challenge. Select unlocked (not the fi ) - got 380 back on iphone 11 trade in. About 160 with trade in on Google (again not the fi one - just straight up unlocked)

Unlikely. It seems the 7a cameras will be on par with the Pixel 6 [androidpolice.com], although it's all rumors at the moment, so no one really knows for sure. Google had really good trade-in values for older Pixels when the 6a came out last year, so I'm hoping that's the case this year as well!
