I don't know, I'd rather buy some good speakers and a sub woofer. I've found some great deals on used Facebook audio equipment. Paid about $400 for $2,500 worth of amps, speakers, etc. My JBL's with my Denon 3820 are sounding great. I have my Samsung 70" connected via digital coax to my amp. Much better than a sound bar.
But if you're in a very small room, maybe a soundbar would work for you.
Honestly, Vizio soundbars can be a real pain in the butt. If you just want a good Soundbar, don't care about the crazy features or a little hassle every once in a while, go for it. If you want to tinker with settings, use the casting or simply want a set it and forget it type thing, either move on or be prepared for frustration.

I own the original Vizio Elevate for a few years now. Fantastic soundbar and sound. Vizio app is hot garbage and the firmware can be a little buggy sometimes.
