I got one from the last deal. Didn't realize how convenient these are to have until I had one. Also made me realize I have way too many "C" batteries which I rarely use when I had to start putting them in to the "D" slots.

Another positive is, it kept my kids busy for a bit searching the house to find our batteries and fill it up Smilie
These are legit. Quality feel in the latches and accuracy of the mold, also bought this on the last $9.99 deal.
I bought this back when it was $20 and I still feel it was worth it at this price. For whatever reason, having a battery organizer actually forces me to put batteries away rather than having them collecting in the junk drawer. Worth it.

nope, this won't change the lifespan of your batteries.
If it enables you to keep the batteries from getting lost it will increase their useful lifespan.

Why?

What does plastic original packaging have to do with lengthening battery life?
There is likely some miniscule benefit to keeping the battery in its original packaging where the battery is less likely to be contaminated by either handling or the storage container getting dirty over time.

I've never understood why anyone would need a battery storage container unless you are traveling around with your batteries. I keep all my batteries in the original packaging neatly stacked in one appropriately sized box. I guess it makes some sense if you want to test and organize a bunch of batteries you already have scattered about the house. Otherwise, just put all your new batteries in one place, use them as needed, dispose of the dead ones, and repeat. No need to involve molded plastic.

"I bought a donut the other day and the guy asked me if I wanted a receipt I give you the money, you give me the donut, end of transaction. No need to bring ink and paper into this. I can't imagine a scenario where I would have to prove that I bought a donut."

I also got this last time and should have bought it years ago. Instead of having a box of random batteries I finally have some organization.

Side note: do the cell batteries go inside the compartment with the lid inside the case? I didn't know where else they would go. Seems weird just tossing them all in there loosely though.

Iirc, last time this deal was posted (from Costco), someone mentioned that it's not a good idea to put cell batteries in the slot together because they would short each other out and drain the batteries quickly. So best to keep them separately or inside their individual packages and put the packages inside the box.

Bought 2 last week from Amazon. These are great for organizing all those batteries all around the house.

All of my cell batteries usually come in a cardboard+blister pack. I just cut the packs down to size. No worry about shorting them and they fit fine

I find the battery tester most useful. Best way to tell if an electronic or remote isn't working well because of low/dead battery or if it's another problem.

Yea that's what I meant. Keep them in their individual packages and they'll be fine.

Sellers can't delete Amazon reviews.
Right, it was Amazon that deleted my review, see below. The only reason they would do so is at the behest of Ontel, because my review questioned the quality:

" Thank you for submitting a review of Ontel Battery Daddy 180 Battery Organizer and Storage Case with Tester, 1 Count, As Seen on TV; we are sorry you did not have a positive experience. We investigated your concerns about product authenticity, and the information we have indicates that the product you received was authentic. As a result, we removed the review you submitted. This ensures that customer reviews remain as accurate as possible for the benefit of future customers."

I didn't even call it a fake. I said that I can't see the difference in quality between a genuine product and a knockoff because this was so poorly built. I then removed that line and just said "poor quality". They deleted that too.

I've only seen them delete for "community violations" but have had them some delete some of mine for no reason. I've had good luck with the product, though.

This thing is awesome has a nice durable feel.

Only way it can be better...
1. Wish they removed one side of C/D batt slots for a larger button battery section. I like to keep them in their package so they don't short.
2. Small built in multi screwdriver to open battery cover screws and pull apart car remotes lol.

Why on earth do people spend their money shilling battery cases on Slickdeals all the time? It's such an odd product to convince people they need
