Barbell plates are running 1.5/2$ a pound, so if this is in your workout range its a good price per pound.

I bought this the last time it was on sale. I've been really happy with it. However, I have small hands so I'm not sure how easy it would be if you needed to hold it with both hands if your bands are average size.

That being said, it's reasonable enough quality, especially for the price. I've used it for several workouts and been happy with it.

The handles n width are too small to hold with two hands. I can only hold the sides with 3 fingers because I can't fit all of them in there. I do like the quality, though.

The coating on these is 100x better than the recent Amazon basics sale kettlebells.

You aren't supposed to fit both hands inside the handles at the top. Even if you look at the expensive Marcy kettlebell, it has similar size to the Athletic Works. You won't fit 2 hands in their kettlebell either. Too long handle would make the kettlebell far too wide and too cumbersome for the various exercises. Majority of the exercises are one handed too so too wide kettlebell would be a problem. This 26.5 pound kettlebell has a width of 7.09" and it has a longer straight handle which is what I would prefer as it is easier to hold and more comfortable over the other competitors with the short curved handle that we see with the Weider and Amazon Basics kettlebell.

The last six months have been unusual. Two years ago kettlebells were more expensive (per lb) than plates or dumbbells

Who knows, probably supply and demand

I discovered a crazy deal on dumbells. Doordash has dumbells priced at $6.99 at dick's sporting goods and it doesn't specify the wieght and shows all of them in the pictures. You can in theory buy the 20lb

Their card the shoppers use will not authorize a $40 purchase for a $6.99 dumbell but I believe if you add an equivalent out of stock item to your cart and preauthorize higher, it will
