Huh? These are toys made by Jakks Pacific, an official licensee for Nintendo. The vast majority of plastic toys (and plastic consumer products in general) are made in China. There is nothing "fake" about this.

Wish this was the 4" figures.
My son has most of the Jakks Toys Mario 4" figures. They are great! Look just like the characters in the game and are pose-able.

But, if you wanted them more for decoration or less cost/space, then this set 2.5" would be great. They just don't articulate as well.
