When you put the mattress on the frame with it in front of the headboard, it overhangs the bed by almost 2 inches. The headboard fits back over the mattress area, so if you have a mattress thicker than 6" (typical mattress height is 10-12"), you lose another 1. I have an 8'' mattress and it will not fit under the headboards and it juts out 3 or 4 at the feet end as well. Read Less
This is a problem on amazon with sellers selling defective material. This issue ultimately affects the longevity of the product, as it compromises the structural integrity. Not worth the trouble.
This frame is worthless at this size because the design is such that you should tuck the comforter in so the frame shows.
There doesn't appear to be enough support under the slats. It sticks out a few inches off the end. The bed needs a lip to keep the mattress from sliding.
