First ingredient is Chicory Root Extract. Just a FYI many will have a lot of gas/bloating when eating this. So go easy if you're not sure.

Yes, these are the American version of Sweden's Kälteen Bars.

This would be a deal if this were indeed for a 5-pack of 4.8-oz bars. But it's not. Poorly worded. This is happening with too many deals lately. As is, meh.

To add to some of the previous comments, the sugar alcohols is a main contributor to bloating. The soy protein is less desirable to many also including myself

... I was not misled? How many cans of soda do you wager comes in a "24-pack"? Confused

I wasn't misled either, because I am familiar with the product. But that's an excellent example you bring up. A 24-pack of 12-oz cans wouldn't be described as being 12-pk 288 oz, would it? No, it wouldn't.

Amazon's product descriptions use the word "pack" to describe how many individual for-sale units are included in a sale. Yes, this sale is for a box of 5 bars, but that one box is considered one pack. For this sale to be described as a 5-pack (which Amazon rightly does not do), it better be for a 5-pack of 4.8-oz boxes (of 5 bars). (Yes, there are going to be exceptions and errors made by Amazon in their product descriptions.)

With the two numerical descriptors being adjacent without a comma (or commas), the correct interpretation is that the count is a multiple of the size, either a 5-pack of 4.8-oz boxes or a 5-count box of 4.8-oz bars. But not worries, you and I'm sure most were not misled. But I do argue that the title could be better worded to be more accurate.
