factory blemished is the way to go if you can stomach the price difference
I too have ordered this factory refurb table saw and it was just thrown into a thin cardboard without any type of protection. By the time I received it, the tape on the side of the box was already torn open with the manual and few screws missing. Not to mention the corners of the tablesaw were dented and was no longer flat. This company probably has an enormous amount of FedEx claims on these items damaged from shipping … which very well may be the end goal for the company for certain products. Ship at item less than $100, have it damaged in transit and file a claim of $100 for reimbursement.
