All of them exhibit similar issues:
- order of charging is important. You'll need to put the lower draw item first and then move up to the higher draw. If you put a flagship phone then you'll get erratic charging buds or smartwatches
- power bricks are weak - you may want to move up to a 30w but it may not help if the charging pads don't have built in "negotiation" and smart power ports
They're cool since it's one brick, one cable, and hardware that takes up a few inches.
I've switched to the new generation GaN multi-port chargers (specifically Baseus and Anker 140w versions) with longer cords. Those are consistent, power port sharing, renegotiation, etc etc

I've made the mistake of packing a USB C charger before and having a USB A cable with meā¦so this has been awesome for me in that I'm covered if I goof up like that. I read many of the 4.8 out of 5 reviews before I purchased it and have been satisfied.
That said, what works well for me won't for everyone else. I mean this won't power a laptop, nor will it out perform larger more expensive chargers. But it's pretty sweet if you are just wanting a small, fold up charger that can handle an Apple Watch and offers both USB A and C charging options.

The EXW charger provides 10W, 5W and 2.5W for the phone, airpods and watch. The one you linked provides 7.5W, 3W and 2.5W.
