Just an fyi, not sure if mine is defective or not, but this thing is really loud. Granted, we live in an apartment, but we barely use it because of that.

Good price considering the booster and curved tracks which are impossible to buy alone.

Too many hotwheels. Need to resist.

Edit - doesn't look like that booster can be used with anything else.

I avoid the "boosted" sets for this reason, they're all insanely noisy. It's not just you.

Agree that it's very loud, and also quite large. That being said, my son has had a lot of fun with it. This seems like a good price.

Just got dropped off and put together (you're probably gonna have to help your kid get this together). 4yo loves it. For $20 this is a no brainer. I'm a big fan of these self contained tracks that are small enough for him to play with by himself. We've got a lot of the monster trucks and they work great on this track. As far as the noise goes, this is no louder than other boosted HW sets. Note: It takes 4 Ds for the booster. So get some of those too.

I took my kids to see the Hot Wheels Monster Truck Glow Party show today and they had a bunch of these toys set out for the kids to play with. $20 bought a single truck at the merch booth and here it buys a whole track. In for one.
