Watch for deals posted by Slickdeals staff; they'll be disproportionately posted to FP. Some product brokers brag that they have connections with staff, and can get their products/sales posted FP.

I work for a brand selling products online, and a SD FP deal was a talking point of switching from one broker to another. Was funny to see how they tried to explain SD to random people that didn't use it.

I have these exact arms, albeit under a different name. They hold up my x2 27 inch monitors perfectly. One in normal landscape mode and the other in a vertical view. Definitely worth it at this price. Definitely frees up desk space.

If your desk isn't sturdy, such as a cheap pressboard IKEA desk, this type of stand with a small, clamped base could eventually cause damage to the desk and tip over as the material in the desk collapses due to the pressure. If you have a desk like that then you'll want to use a stand with a wide base to distribute the weight across the surface and lower the pressure. Just something to keep in mind. It shouldn't be an issue if your desk is made of real wood.

Bought 5 for the office. Easier than requesting IT to do it for me and cheap enough I don't mind paying for them myself. Coworkers will be most pleased, lol!!

I so wish a version of these were made with pneumatic or spring loaded high adjustment in the pole.

For adjustable heigh standing desks you need that adjustment capability. And articulated monitor arms are arguably the best existing way to get that. But they jiggle and wiggle no matter how nice, unless you have a rock solid desk…and you have to go high-end to get an adjustable desk that's that solid, if it's even possible.

Something like this that's easily height adjustable would be so nice.

Yep. Went from two single arms to this. Regretting it but will live with it. Height adjustment is a PITA once you have the monitors mounted.

It's such an obvious, unmet need that I would bet money that LG (or whoever they license from) has a patent on the concept. Because their Ergo stands are the only things on the market that have this in-pole lift capability.

Honest question but why is it a pain for standing desk? They are installed and will move up with the desk?
Or y'all talking about adjusting the screen when standing?

I have this on a standing desk. It's awesome.

This is the lowest price I've ever seen this. I paid ~$35.

Perhaps it isn't ranking any higher because everybody on SD that needed one has already gotten one. They pop up on here regularly.
