MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CORRECT PHONE AT THE STORE

Co-worker just ran over to the Metro store and they tried to connect him with a 128GB of storage but only 4GB of RAM. They said the 256GB version has the 6GB of ram. We already knew these people were shady in the first place.

Edit: Now we believe they tried to sell him the 2021 version of this phone, which is also free.

I didn't like this phone its very heavy
Heavy is good. Heavy is reliable.

If it doesn't work you can always hit him with it.

The last weeks-long deal had stock replenished Monday mornings which quickly sold out. Keep checking.
I just checked out an online order, so the stock doesnt necessarily only replenish on Mondays.

Yes, right. But thats the thing. 6 month is a long period and now a days its long enough to make the device dated - in terms of software and hardware tech as well - given the frequency of midrange devices coming in. Impacts on resale value as well. Its just my opinion - not generalizing it for everyone.
Seriously? The phone is $40.

Yes ... that is why i said, just my opinion. Not saying that this is not a good deal at $40 (or $65, in my case, from metro b&m store). No other intention .. apologies.

Moving to the cameras, the Galaxy A53 comes equipped with a quad-camera setup, which is headlined by a 64MP main camera with OIS. The other three shooters include a 12MP ultra-wide camera and two 2MP macro and depth sensors. The Moto G Stylus has a triple camera system, comprising a 50MP main shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. As for selfies and video calls, the Galaxy A53 has a 32MP camera while the Moto G Stylus 5G has a 16MP shooter. On technical merits, the Galaxy A53 has a better camera system. In good lighting, both phones are capable of producing decent shots with rich colors and ample details from their main camera. However, in low-light and dark conditions, the Galaxy A53 produces better results. And it also has a dedicated night mode for pulling in more light when shooting dark scenes.

so before you make yourself look silly . do some real research or better yet, try them out before you comment. I've tried both these phones
So please tell us where that says that the Stylus camera "absolutely blows", because all I see is:

"In good lighting, both phones are capable of producing decent shots with rich colors and ample details from their main camera. However, in low-light and dark conditions, the Galaxy A53 produces better results."

Not seeing anything about superior by some major amount, seems to be saying they are fairly equal with a slight nod to the Galaxy for low-light. One camera being a little better at something, doesn't imply the other is crap.

By your interpretation of that review, if the Stylus camera "absolutely blows" than the Galaxy camera apparently just "blows".

So rather than making yourself look silly, maybe you need to learn how to understand a review.

Pretend I am not too smart....
I buy this and put it in a drawer. 6 months later, it is unlocked and can be used on ATT. Is that right?
Yes.

But after buying you have to activate to start the 6 month counter. To be on thr safe side after activation make a completed test call.

Then put in a drawer for 6 months.

After 6 months turn it on, connect the phone to wifi and then request the unlock from "Metro Unlock App".

This deal is still alive but it takes effort. I had to switch to Windows with a Google Chrome browser with no ad-blocking and open an incognito window.
Bought a Nord N200 and started the timer on the Moto G Stylus for my YouTube channel where I install custom ROMs
