I can't comment on this particular model, but I was looking at purchasing one of these non-motorized a few months ago and looked into them. I was blown away at how expensive something with so few moving parts/technology was. The minimum price I found for these types of treadmills were over $3k while you could find halfway decent motorized options sub $800.
