It's a problem with the 6500 XT, not the 600 level models.
I suppose it could still arrive on time, but anyone else experiencing this?
I've got the 6750xt version of this and it's no louder than any other GPU I've owned. Also, you can make your own fan curves.

Make sure you get a CPU and board that supports 4.0. A B550 board, which can be under $100 new would be a good deal with a matching CPU. So a 5600 on the AMD side and up.

This is extremely loud. I just made a purchase earlier this week and I've been using it to play World of Warcraft for two days and I have noticed the fan spinning quite often. I plan to return the video card as it is too loud.
