It seems that ALL the MX500 drives now have 512MB DRAM. Whether it's the 250GB or the 4TB, they all have the same amount of DRAM.

If you want to use an adapter and have a spare PCI slot, then getting NVME adapter to PCI is better. You'll get to keep NVME speed. They go for $15 a piece

In for 1! Saw the 2TB deal but needed bigger capacity.

Both nvme slots on my pc are occupied so this will replace an 3.5" hdd.
