still looking for a desktop, 8th gen is prolly the way to go. i may go with a dell business type as my experience has been good so far; some say that grade B is a good enuf gamble???
A. have them send me a new keyboard and do a self replacement
or
B. Return it for full refund.
this reminds me of my last dell purchase a few years ago when you could get SD gaming used laptops for sub $300.
I had an issue with mine, so they sent 2 inhouse repair guys to fix (my keyboard? i think).
long story short, they ended up just upgrading me to a much nicer spec'd gaming laptop.

100 days seems like gamble, especially if the PC were as good as they claimed, they won't offer only 100 days for the warranty, that's a big red flag!!
