How do "link" function and motion interact, if at all.

If I set off one motion sensor, will all linked lights turn on? Is there any way to change behaviors?

We swapped out old tube hanging lights in our garage and basement with these. Love them in the garage since they come on automatically with the motion detectors.

A little topic but I wish I could find some really bright LED light strips or not so bright garage lights to put over my cabinets that aren't too expensive and that don't use more than five watts each

Bought the Koda ones Costco sells for $20 with motion sensor and adjustable timer and brightness levels. Pretty happy with these and would buy again for those that won't buy these.
Have a couple of these as well but have not seen them in stock or in warehouse for months.

If you are the type of person who easily sees flicker these aren't for you.

i got similar hypertough from walmart through another deal and i dont see any real linking capability. maybe i didnt set them up right but the motion detectors indivdually need to be activated for each light to go on. the only linking is just each light has a plug so you save yourself some extension cords.

Great deal and they are easy to install. Only gripe is the cord needs to be longer.

I ended up returning them. They affect 5Ghz wireless frequencies.

I was able to replicate the above issue and demonstrate it to my BiL who also has these lights. He has had horrible WiFi performance in his home and it's because of these lights.

I bought these when it was on slick deal a few months ago.

Pros: motion sensor
cons: 10 min wait period to turn itself off. ( it should have been 3-5 min ). The energy we are trying to save using the motion sensor is lost when turning it off takes a while.
They're LED. How much energy savings are you really missing out on by having to wait an additional 5 minutes?

No they will not. The motion sensing is independent of other lights. No way to reprogram the motion sensing behavior afaik. The link feature is just the ability for the lights to plug into one another rather then using an outlet for each one.

For you UL people, these are not the lights that you are looking for.

For us UL, ETL and CSA people, these are great.
