I was able to replicate the above issue and demonstrate it to my BiL who also has these lights. He has had horrible WiFi performance in his home and it's because of these lights.
Pros: motion sensor
cons: 10 min wait period to turn itself off. ( it should have been 3-5 min ). The energy we are trying to save using the motion sensor is lost when turning it off takes a while.

I bought 2 and one do them stays on when in motion sensor mode. Should've saved my receipt.
