Dude have you read through any of the comments? With so many people still commenting that they missed the deal, it's obvious how many people don't take a little time browse through the comments to track the progress of the deal.

Anyone can get this deal whether your location has it in stock or not. Ask a Best Buy rep to order it for you and they will charge you the sale price. Simple as that. I know it's hard to comprehend Best Buy doing something right after the iPad price match fiasco from a couple of weeks ago but people really need to check the thread comments and stop asking the same questions over and over again

$220 for a Name brand 5.1 4k receiver? And speakers? And a sub? Maybe 10 years ago.

I just paid 250 for this receiver 2 months ago refurbished.

It's a solid device BTW. Paired it with a JAMO set.

This actually works in any store. Went to the counter and it rings up for $220. Give them the SKU # and you are good to go. Got the last one at 86th Street in NYC.

I put mine on the back passenger seat and slid the front seat forward a bit. Trunk could be tight but it went through door of my sedan pretty easily.

If it is not a tiny sedan, probably will fit. The box dimensions are 23" tall, 21.5" long, 18" wide.

If they won't adjust the price when you pick up just tell them to cancel the order and take it over to the register. Or return and rebuy. Whatever you find easiest.

Thanks, but when I called and spoke to the rep he said it's currently priced at 650, same as when you go to the website. Trying to avoid going to pick up if it'll be that price anyway.

Yes, but bit of a hassle. They ended up doing a price adjustment after a 5 person conference. The only thing that saved me was that the price tag was still on the shelf. Do yourself a favor and go to the AV section first and take a picture of the price.

That rep just called their friend and it is now sold to them for $220. You broke the first rule of slickdeals.

If you're lucky he scanned it with the handheld (which will show the online price) and doesn't realize it is on clearance, and it is still there.
