Dude have you read through any of the comments? With so many people still commenting that they missed the deal, it's obvious how many people don't take a little time browse through the comments to track the progress of the deal.

Anyone can get this deal whether your location has it in stock or not. Ask a Best Buy rep to order it for you and they will charge you the sale price. Simple as that. I know it's hard to comprehend Best Buy doing something right after the iPad price match fiasco from a couple of weeks ago but people really need to check the thread comments and stop asking the same questions over and over again

$220 for a Name brand 5.1 4k receiver? And speakers? And a sub? Maybe 10 years ago.

I just paid 250 for this receiver 2 months ago refurbished.

It's a solid device BTW. Paired it with a JAMO set.

Picked mine up today from the Fullerton, CA store. Bought it on 2/26 and got the email it was ready this morning. Took me forever to set it up and I ran into a bunch of problems but I think I finally got it set up correctly.

Well it looks like only people from California have received their systems so far via store pick up. Hopefully the rest of us with delayed orders that live on the east coast start to get pick up notifications now. I assume Best Buy has a large distribution center in Cali.

No, I never received a delayed order message. It only said preparing for pickup and then it changed to ready for pickup.

I can't get my tv to recognize this thing

Switched to arc and arc out with a hdmi

Have reset everything. Tried 3 different hdmi cables. It's a TCL 6 series tv I believe

Suggestions? Anybody else run it through a tcl? Used the arc on both sides I assume then what setting on the receiver?

Thanks! Help please

Edit: had to go under hdmi on the receiver and turn it on I believe. Working good with 2 rear speakers to go.

Hooked my phone up to the receiver and it works fine. Has to be a setting I can't figure out on the tv but in my mind im doing everything right

I have placed order online Feb 28 when only one in stock and paid full price thinking I can ask them to price match at the store for lower price. Bummer, I went to pickup on last Sunday (Mar 05). Manager said he cant do that because the price is now showing full price. Bummer, I could have picked it up same day on Feb 28. Now I have to return it

Bummer. Deal was dead sometime mid week last week. Most of us aren't sure we'll get ours either.

For those who got a delayed email, I ordered 26th for pickup mar 5th. Got the delay email Sunday. I saw online that another nearby store (<5mi away) had one in stock. I chatted up best buy support the next day (Monday) about if I could pickup at the other store instead. They said that they were going to help get it to my store. I don't know if they really sent one from that store or not (It's still in stock), but low and behold 6pm that night an email came saying it was ready to pickup!

Got mine setup barely had enough wire to get the surround speakers up. Initially just tried single ARC wire from TV to receiver but could not get surround in certain apps. TV is old so just connected devices directly to receiver instead of TV and most apps show DD or DD+. Volume control is a bit weird now showing dB instead of a volume bar. Tried the automatic setup with the microphone since idk what I'm doing. Really happy though with this as first intro to better speakers.
