You don't need to abstain from it lol, it only messes with your hormone levels (slightly) if you intake a lot, as others have mentioned. Don't get influenced by soyboy memes, do your own research

It does.. I have $9 plus this pending $1.50 sitting in my account right now all from S&S orders.

It also worked on my friends account as well. They also were offered the $1.50 slow ship digital credit.

Go to shipping options and click view more or whatever.. it'll list a few options.
