Most protein powders (and all collagen) contain all of these BCAAs. Most people are going to protein load post-workout as it is, so can someone explain to me why I would want this product? I suppose 0 calories + BCAA is a benefit that protein powders can't provide...
Bcaa themselves are protein "parts" so it's impossible to have 0 calories and 5 grams of BCAAs. This would be misleading if this was the case.

From what I've heard, bcaas are better for pre workout actually, especially if you're doing fasted training.
