Bought full set that was posted here while back. the bottoms immediately rusted through and the handles get too hot to touch. Got a replacement set which did the same thing. Funny they point out these are 'cool handles'.

Ceramic can be better, but cheap pans with thin coatings probably aren't what you think they are.

Cast iron has it's uses and is good for some things but it is definitely not neutral health-wise. You will have iron added to your diet which is good if you're anemic or a woman but excess iron is not good for healthy men. If you want health-neutral cookware, use stainless steel or glass (enameled cast iron).

not so sure if these are healthy. These stop being non stick after about 1 year. Which means that some sort of coating slowly came off and mixed with your food.

Great stuff.. bought a set ( various sizes ) from Macys about 2 yrs back and zero issues! No rust, no hot handles..

Highly recommended!

I bought all clad stainless steel skillets but for some dishes I need non stick. especially for frying fishes..etc

When a favorite restaurant went out of business and was selling off their stock, we picked up a small Greenpan Lima sauté and round grill pan. Now these were used in a commercial environment for months, but they still rock.

We use the small pan daily, and the grill pan close to weekly.

I had never heard of this brand before, but from personal experience it rocks. And no, the handles don't get hot in normal use (I mean, if you leave it hanging over the open 100% gas flame then well...duh).
