As far as I can tell it's first quality stuff. They often don't have the best description, like for example I bought an item the description said was a Arc'teryx Atom LT jacket...what I got was the Atom AR jacket. Stitching, zipper pulls, zippers, materials all seem to match up on the jackets I've bought when I go into an REI and do the 1:1, both in my hand comparison. If it's fake, its a really good fake. To the point of wearing it into an REI and their employee not being able to tell it was a fake.
Here's the link to the seller I use:
https://www.aliexpress.
I've ordered the Atom LT (Again, its really the AR as its much heavier. I wish they'd change the description), the "Macai" jacket and the Solano from this seller. Quick shipping. The Macai jacket is amazing. That's a close to $1000 retail jacket.
I love this site.
Your downvotes are delicious.
At this discounted price, seems solid and comparable to those Mountain Hardware jackets.
This cotopaxi appears to be overpriced shit.
One could say that paying full retail price is over-priced.
Some one else could say that paying $109 is still over-priced.
I can tell you from both a corporate and retail standpoint that neither Cotopaxi or REI is losing money in this "deal". REI is losing the most profit, as they've already paid Cotopaxi for these, but they still aren't losing money on this. The "damage" to Cotopaxi is cheapening the brand and for a smaller brand, this can hurt more than anything. The profit margins on these puffy jackets is absurd (as it is for the Mountain Hardwear one you bought at Nordstrom Rack).

I love the colors and the style. It seems well made. The hood is too big and not adjustable, but I read the reviews and knew that going in.
A happy customer here, despite what is still a steep price for me- and knowing that their warranty is pretty good makes me happier.

p.s: Look and feel is good, just that the product is not made to last or the product I have received is defective.
