Follow these simple steps to complete your qualification.

- Once registered click on My Account
- Select from one of the 6 qualifying groups noted.
- Follow the prompts in the window to verify your eligibility.
- Once verified, return to your My Account page and your status will be noted along with the discount amount.

But that's besides the point. When I access other merchant programs with ID.me, I just log in to ID.me from the merchant and that's it. That's the point right? ID.me is the "trusted" organization that "verifies" to the merchant that I am who I am, that I belong to certain groups, etc...

Something is up with their website.
If you're not a vet, or if it's just an ID check, they will only send that information. The IRS uses it as well, for example.
