    Not sure if you are joking or not, but those are the dimensions of it rolled up and folded in packaging. The dimensions of it when I rolled are 15.75" x 23.62".

    These are only good when your cat doesn't pee or have wet poops on them. My cat is old and has issues, making these mats impossible to clean, and the material absorbs odors. Now if they would make one of these out of silicone, they would be great.

    Oh and they say waterproof and urine proof in the item description, but that's a lie, the foam they use absorbs the scent of the urine, and the edge is just polyester cloth, which absorbs the pee and smells even worse.

    I have a similar one. It's easy to clean when taken outside and hit with the hose. Unfortunately it does not stop litter from being tracked around the house as, if you cat is like mine, just walks over it then tracks litter throughout the house.
