yeah, the first few sips are not bad.. but getting that bottle down is tough! As far as the amount of protein without the calories etc its unbeatable, but it is really hard to finish a complete bottle. When I am about halfway my mouth gets dry and you almost can feel the granules.

I think this is a great description. I have had similar protein "water"s and basically had to chug them to get through, its not an very enjoyable thing to just sip on.

This is the best protein per calorie you'll likely find though as well protein shake based ones will taste a lot better but at best have 2g protein per 10 calorie and are usually more along the lines of 1.5g per 10

It's whey protein. Don't touch milk then. Too much of anything hurts your liver. We aren't invincible we age and organs fail over time. Whey is a great source of protein if you can digest it. Just balance it and have various sources. It won't destroy your liver. Using whey as a supplement and not as a sole source of protein won't be bad for you

I bothered to look it up haha. Well good news for you is that his video says "soy protein isolate" this product is whey. Soy is controversial but no sound studies show overwhelming proof of a negative effect but if it doesn't seem right then follow your gut. But whey is fine as long as your digestive tract can produce enough of the enzymes required to process it
