If you can get this without flour all over the inside of the box, good for you. I can't get cans order from Amazon without being dented. I can't get detergent that isn't broken and spilt inside.

Yeah, ShopRite brand is $2.50 as well, but I was shocked that bread flour was over $7… need a deal on that.

Ooh, this coupon works on their bread flour too. 3.66 for a 5 lb box after coupon and S&S

For reference, I've been buying Kroger brand flour in the same quantity for $2.50. This is a pretty good price if you prefer Gold Medal to store-brand or are averse to entering grocery stores.

Isn't it cheaper to buy a 20-40# bag at Costco or restaurant supply?

You can vacuum seal it and freeze it for couple days to kill any eggs.

I think you need to post that comment in the SD Commercial Bakery thread… who dafuq has the need or freezer space for 40 lbs of all purpose flour!?

-35% ($2.49) with max S&S. Walmart has it for $3.83 and their great value brand is $2.24. Looks like it matches other groceries generic brands.

I am unsure if name brand on flour makes a difference, but if it was your preference it seems like a decent enough deal

Well, they said freeze for a few days. A lot of people have chest freezers though. They easily pay for themselves being able to buy frozen stuff in bulk or freeze your own things you make.

I don't think it would be very practical to vacuum seal some flour though. Those bags aren't cheap and it seems like a waste of plastic to do that.
