Definitely not ever worth dropping that kind of money just for one game. But between RE8 and GT7, I'm having a blast in VR. If they can regularly deliver experiences like these, it's definitely worth the plunge. It's a tougher sell if you don't already own a PS5 and don't know if you will use one outside of VR.

I've heard GT7 especially is just insane in VR. I sold my Meta Quest 2. The graphics are poor and the screen door effect drove me nuts. I hope PSVR2 is better

The OLED and HDR are literal game changers for VR. Goes a long way to make environments feel much more real. The tradeoff is the mura effect, which definitely isn't as noticeable as screen door. My brain completely tunes it out once concentrating on anything else.

GT7 with even an entry racing wheel and pedals is a transformative experience. Most immersion I have ever had in a video game bar none.

I really need hands on experience first hand to know if its worth it for me at least. If sony can mod some of their exclusives later for vr it would be worth it but thats unknown and a gamble how many aaa games gets to vr.. Maybe i will wait until the headset hits retail stores to try.
