Agreed, one of my top PSVR2 games for sure. Really feels as if it was made for VR rather than just getting an add-on mode.

For anyone not wanting a disc, the digital version is the same price right now on Playstation store. Gold edition is $10 more (or a $15 dlc purchase if you buy the base game), but only the normal game is in VR, not the DLC

The last RE game I played was RE4 on the gamecube. I don't like jump scares ....does this game contain those?

i think every horror game on this planet has a "jump scare" in some way, shape or form. if we get into semantics, how would one define "jump scare"?

is it literally something that jumps at you? or is it something that explodes but in a surprising manner? etc etc,

I haven't been paying to close attention to physical game pricing trends this generation, barring a lucky clearance deal, is this as good as a physical copy of this game (new) is going to get? Has the gold edition ever hit this price or might it hit this price in the future?

I don't have a ps5 yet, though I plan on getting one, I'm just wondering if I'm missing out on a special deal or if this is just average. Seems pretty basic to me but as I said, I haven't been paying as close attention to price drop trends as much this generation when it comes to Xbox and PlayStation.

Sorry, but how does this work with PSVR2? I don't see any VR note on the box. I just finished this on PS5, and it was interesting...maybe not exactly my type of game. I do have a VR1...could this game also be played on it? I don't think I saw anything on the games box about VR either.

Oh it's real! I tried RE Village and some other games on my friend's PSVR2 last weekend and just ordered one for myself haha. I think he just downloaded an update allowing him to use it with his PSVR2. I loaded a random save and got destroyed by werewolves. It was pretty awesome. It's not supported with the PSVR1 unfortunately.
