I figured with a deflated air mattress I would even have to store it separately. Just deflate and fold away. I do like the foam pad idea. Maybe even just replacing the crappy mattress all together if it can fold like the original.
(like fold into the sofa, not fold and put in the closet, sorry wanted to clarify)

Why even bother with the outlets? They're in such a useless location, and surely extension cords are more flexible and safer. Drop that crap and focus on making a more useful bed for the same price (or just lower the price at least).
