I uninstalled the BK app yesterday because on my phone I couldn't place an order-even after clearing cache and even re-installing it, no way to select location or select the checkout button. Then on my girlfriend's phone I go to add a new card and it still has the same old card info saved from the last card I filled out, and told it not to save, EVEN THE CVC code was pre-filled, all I had to do was click Add new card then confirm the info that the app saved from last time!

bk app on my phone started doing the same thing recently, I uninstalled it yesterday, havnt tried it again, I'll probably try using the website instead the next time I order something to see if that works better,

That piece of ****ing garbage app has been doing the same for me. You cannot place an order, it errors and instantly refunds you every single time.

My god Burger King has to be the stupidest ***** on the planet to have a mobile app where you literally cannot place a mobile order.

THINK about how many purchases they THREW AWAY by customers all going to other restaurants because the piece of garbage app doesn't work LOL. Like seriously they're burning money in ungodly amounts.

The stupidity is truly unreal.

Nope, I tried the piece of garbage mobile website on Safari too, and it errors instantly and doesn't place an order either.

Burger King is throwing away unbelievable numbers of orders by customers going to other restaurants because of that.

I'd fire so many people at Burger King corporate it would make your head spin. Every person on the app team would be going bye-byes. Every person in leadership including the completely-incompetent CEO would be going bye-byes.

Not only this but Burger King just got rid of their contract with Coke for the Coke Freestyle machines, which was one of the main reasons to go to Burger King. Now they have Dr. Pepper but no Diet Dr. Pepper LOL

Ah, well that kinda explains the stupid website bug the other day when I tried to enter the transaction ID for a order to get crown points. I had placed an order in the drive-thru on a friday at 4pm, I tried adding the ID# on sunday at 3am, and it's supposed to let you add a ID# within 48hrs of purchase. Well, after you enter the ID# it asks for the date of purchase, and since it was now sunday at 3am, they only let you choose 2 days, saturday and sunday, friday was no longer available as a choice since it was saying that those are the 2 days that make up the 48hr window. I had to email burgerking, and surprisingly within 30min, they rewarded me with 250 points.
