You need to get a manual for your motherboard before you do anything with RAM. If it doesn't support XMP or allow you to change RAM frequency and timings, you will be stuck with whatever the RAM's JEDEC settings are. Most factory overclocked RAM is set at 2400 for maximum compatibility during troubleshooting. If it does support XMP, spend a little more on the Kingston for better warranty and support.
On that subject, consider that the Kingston is dual rank, which is somewhat more costly to manufacture and offers some performance benefits, especially with Zen 2 and 3. The SP and TG are all single rank due to the lower cost. It's not going to be noticeable in performance but it does tell you that Kingston is putting the effort in to make a better product and they document it in the specifications. You have to go find a review of the others to get that information.

The silicon power one is 16-18-18-38, the Kingston doesn't list the last timing, so I would just go with silicon power for a few bucks less. There is a good chance it is also 16-18-18-38, even if it's 16-18-18-40, or -42, I don't the performance difference is noticeable.

Please show me an good example (not some niche program or obscure benchmark) of when 16cl ram versus even 19cl ram makes a "noticeable difference". And no, 15.5 vs 15.55 seconds is not a noticeable difference…

This is my go to for AMD right now. 3600 with CL16 and good timings. Hard to find in stock most of the time tho.
This is 32gb 3600mhz at CL18. Speed is more important than latency afaik.
25 less than the corsair ram. No need to spend 100 right now on DDR4 ram.

As long as they're the same gb per unit. Oh and be sure the motherboard has enough slots to support 4 sticks
