I don't see the bonus from the provided link as well.
Per my referral terms: Receive up to $200 back as statement credits on purchases during first 3 months. 90k is $4000 purchases during first 6 months.

I see different bonus value on Amex gold vs Amex plat.
AF went up, but so did the benefits.
If the increased benefits are worth the increased fee is certainly a more YMMV thing (mostly depending how much use you get out of the various monthly credits for the major amex cards in the amex ecosystem... )
