They haven't lowered offer. I am still getting it 90K and 150K with my links. Amex about shows lower offer randomly and keep showing in same computer. Most of the time if you try many times in an incognito window then it will show higher offer. Following is instruction on how to use incognito window in case anyone doesn't know it.

The brokerage plat card specifically permits redeeming MR points at 1.1 cents per point.
So for someone with no intent on using them for travel (where value can be much higher than that) the best way to cash out is:
Get all the MR points you want from ALL the MR signups you can...and there's quite a few... (regular Platinum card, Biz platinum card, regular gold, business gold, Everyday, Everyday preferred, regular Green, and biz green... and then do the Schwab card and cash out the points from that signup, plus all your others, at 1.1c a point.
Obviously you don't need to do ALL of those other cards-- but it'd be how to maximize your return since you'll only get the one chance to cash them out as the Schwab card isn't worth keeping beyond the first year (or maybe 2 if you get a great retention offer)
Schwab is also great if u can't travel enough. I maxed 9 business gold on 4x points on 150k at specific category. I also got sign up offers of 70-90k. It would have been a lifetime of travel, but I took the 69k into Schwab

Is this one of the cards you can sort of know if you'll be approved ahead of time? They have that apply with confidence (or some other verbiage) link on some Amex cards I've seen in the past.
How strict is Amex with repeat bouns, I can't remember if I've had it or was it my father, but just making sure I get approved and do get the bonus
If you are not eligible for bonus then they will tell you when you hit submit and ask you if you want to continue without offer or cancel without any impact on credit score.

Is this a personal card offer? I don't have on my plethora of business gold or platinum
