It still works for me as of right now. The link above only shows 75k points, but if you use an actual referral link it'll show 90k
Some claim you have a chance of claw back with the gift card trick (apparently there can be extra data in the transaction that tells Amex it was a gift card). I always buy gift cards with some groceries. Not sure if that helps but so far I've gotten 9x back.

How did u get the straight 90k points minus 200 credit offer. This is only through referral
If you get pop up on both then you're in pop up jail -- google "amex pop up jail" (might have closed Amex cards recently or might not have enough spend on existing cards)

Directly on Amex website -- might have to open website in incognito or use VPN to see higher 90k public offer
I guess you might be right. I opened Amex Platinum last month and got a unlimited credit limit !! I have only spent 2.5 k on that and always pay my CC in full. Is that the issue here?
Amex platinum (and gold) are not credit cards- they are charge cards. There's no preset spending limit on charge cards.
