Can't you just purchase both and return the battery if not needed like the Ryobi?

It gives a technical issue error when attempting to deliver and pick up in store as two different options.

You can't deliver to home and pick up in store. You have to pick up from 2 different stores.

But yes, I think you can just do the return as well.

Yes you can return as normal. I just did it with the Milwaukee hacks going on. No questions asked.

Or you can also order to pick up in 2 different stores and as soon as you place order go to your orders and cancel the item that you don't want and they will only process the item you want and will only charge you for 1 item, no need to wait for refund!!

Heads up, the DNP612 plunge base for this thing is basically required and runs $90+. Wait and buy the kit. It took me months to find one being resold used for $45.

You're making it out to be useless without the plunge base, which is completely inaccurate. Is it an option? Yes but this router DOES NOT require the plunge base. It functions perfectly well as a trim router with the supplied fixed base. Great trim router for small jobs without having to worry about a cord.

According to the Camels this is lower than both the Amazon price and the third party seller price for the life of the router. Might not be a mindblowing deal but it's a good price.

Are these deals available in store? Or must you order online? I have a in store only rebate and my small HD store finally has a item I want

Great router, even without built in wifi / HDMI.

Seriously though, well built, nicely balanced; compatible with the plunge base. Solid unit.
