Yes, If you already have account with games. When you sign in xbox, the games will be present. You just need to check your game library and install in your games.

There are ways to get gamers pass ultimate for cheap if you get 3 years of gold and convert to GPU for $1. It requires a VPN to use the codes, but for ~$90/3yrs, the games are really worth it and a nice rotation.

Or for $135 and don't have to worry about VPN or Microsoft deciding to retroactively ban you for skirting their geographical restrictions.

One word "Eneba". Now those are slick deals (Argentina//Latin America/Turkey regional codes for Xbox are 80% cheaper and easily redeemed through any standard VPN service). I have a PS5, Nintendo Switch and an Xbox One Series X but buy majority of my digital games on Xbox because Microsoft is the only one of the three that allows regional code redemption.

For the price it was a no brainer. Making me reconsider my full priced Series X. And yes, Xbox digital sales are far better than Sony (and I'm a PS fan). Add in Gamepass and Microsoft Rewards and you'll be saving a ton on games.
