For folks asking about the 12 months of service part, all of that is answered in the original thread: https://slickdeals.net/f/16487416-mint-mobile-128gb-google-pixel-7-unlocked-smartphone-12-month-4gb-plan-289-recovery-fee-port-in-required-free-s-h?page=76#commentsHeader

tldr: Needs to be a ported in number. GV works (create a new gmail account, pay google $3 to port out). People who dont care about the 12 months mint service can just discard the activation kit and treat this as a $289 unlocked phone.

Oh - I see it as a non-factor. Most are getting the deal (seemingly) for the good price on the phone. I don't even want the plan shipped with it, was able to flip it for $50 bucks.

Same boat as yours. Does anyone here know it?
It says must activate within 45 days but some people have gotten away with a tiny bit longer than that. I activated on the 45th day laugh out loud

damn they never sell out of these things, wish there's a 7 pro deal for 379
I'd settle for having color selections. laugh out loud

The black ones are fingerprint magnets.

I did the StraightTalk trade in to BB on the Pixel 7 instead, got white ones that way.

Did you ever get the "Your Order? Confirmed!" email with any of your attempts?
No only got two emails from them. The initial "Just checking" email saying they received my order and need to glance over the info. Then several hours later I get an email saying I am getting refunded with no reason stated.

I posted more detail on the old thread but here's the key info:

DO NOT use different billing and shipping addresses. It will automatically go to "fraud" and cancel eventually no matter what.
Seems I was able to use Paypal and check out with my shipping address as my billing address, too. Now the order sent me a confirmed email.
They should not give the option to input different addresses in the check out, but more importantly, now we know never to use that with them.
Fingers crossed, but this wasn't my experience. Paid with Paypal, different shipping and billing addresses. Got the "reviewing your order" email, then my bank threw up a fraud alert. Cleared it with them immediately, and about 30 minutes later got the "Your Mint Mobile order has been received" email, which also said confirmed in the body. Think that means it worked?

Hopefully I'll get it and it will all work out. Been checking the Mint page daily for the deal, and just happened across it by pure luck before I even saw it on this site.

Thanks OP. Could not place the order without PayPal. The credit card option was greyed out for me.

So far I have gotten the initial email confirmation.

Yeah. Most people are asking $90 or more for the plans. I figured a win is a win, and flipping something I wasn't going to use anyways for $50 bucks is a win.
I don't feel comfortable selling a cell phone number that is registered under my name. How do you transfer the number tied to the sim you are selling?

Hope it works out for me too this time. My info is straight and no fraud alerts. Only got the initial reviewing order email, but it has been an hour so far and no order confirmation email. I won't be surprised if I get a order canceled/refunded email in a couple hours later though. I found a reddit posts about ppl having the same issue too on past experience ordering from Mint.

Last time I used the billing address and the shipping address was different from which my order got placed and received in the 1st attempt. Not sure at your point .
I don't know the point of their "fraud hold" either. I only know that it's what I was told when I called them on the first deal weeks ago, and then again today.
And when I made both addresses the same, suddenly it works.
Both times my credit card bank confirmed I did everything right, and no holds or issues on their end.

If you got it to work with no issues the first time, great for you. I'm just trying to help those that keep getting false fraud flags from the stupid Mint system.
