Did anyone get charged more after the purchase? My total was $108.71 after the 40% off and then 4 days later I get an email from Paypal saying that Osprey charged me $122.51 after I already purchased..

"You approved an authorization to Osprey Packs Inc on March 20, 2023 for $108.71 USD. Osprey Packs Inc has updated the total amount of your transaction. Your new total is $122.51 USD. See below for details."

Looks like they canceled my order without informing me. On Friday I saw the pending charge on my credit card was still there. Today, it's gone. I only placed one order for one bag and cover. Very disappointed if they did cancel without informing me and not honoring their code/order.

I had 2 orders, the first one arrived yesterday. The second one has not shipped and the pending charge has disappeared, but the order is still listed on my account.

I wonder if the pending charge just timed out and they will have to process the credit card again. Hopefully that is all that is going on and it's not cancelled.

The order email says that the CC is only charged once shipped and any pending charge to the CC is an authorization hold to ensure the funds are available. My card was also charged initially and the charge is no longer there. I think these orders haven't been cancelled but who knows for sure. I tried to call but it just says they're unavailable and to email them instead.

I called customer service. My bag is supposed to be shipped today or tomorrow. so it looks like they are honoring the deal, at least in my experience.
