PPS stands for programmable power supply. It allows chargers to vary their output in a way that enables super fast charging for some advanced devices, like recent Samsung smartphones.

1. The Amazon Basics 65W charges cool while the Anker 715 65W charges pretty warm
2. Volume wise the Anker is a tad smaller, but it's also 0.7 oz heavier, enough to be noticeable (Amazon is 3.4 oz where the Anker is 4.1 oz)
3. Anker 715 is $35 at the time of purchase (3/21), where the Amazon is $15.
For these reasons, I cannot justify the Anker and will be returning it and be getting another Amazon basics 65W.
Thanks for the deal and the early heads up!
My feelings are the same. AB holds its own and works great.

Just like one for laptop, and a couple for iPhone/iPad?

The iPad varies a lot by model and for some versions would benefit greatly from a port which can support higher voltage modes typically used for laptops (which Apple iPads describe as fast charging). Many of the two port USB-C options cover this functionality.
And, of course, the options for your laptop would vary based upon your laptop's actual needs vs. your usage patterns.
Overall, you do potentially have a lot of great two-port options if you opt for one where both ports support 15V and 20V Power Delivery modes and the secondary (lower-rated) port supports up to 30W when both ports are in use. I'd dare say pairing this laptop/iPad option with a spare cable to charge your iPhone from your laptop is probably your best combo when you're trying to minimize what you carry (since you could always charge the iPhone directly when you don't need to charge all three devices simultaneously). The next best option is adding a dedicated 20W Power Delivery charger for the iPhone into the mix with the two-port laptop/iPad-optimized selection.
Otherwise single charger three-port options get you out of the world of top tier chargers (from Apple or Samsung) and even outside well-supported selections from AmazonBasics or Best Buy (e.g. - Insignia). These options do exist, but they're the type of brands that only exist as social-media promotions (so search Slickdeals, but only if you're interested).
Good luck!
