Can I get this with the $15 plan (or without a plan if it works) and then activate on a new account with the $100 plan? And if that works, will it unlock after 12 months?
Dish just bought Boost a couple of months ago, their systems are a mess.

I was just going to buy the $100 plan, stick it in there, and throw it in a drawer.
Write off the $100 as sort of an "unlocking fee."
Maybe taking it out of the drawer and turning it on once or twice a month to make a call will suffice?
