I wouldn't call Teamgroup no name, as I've seen their ram sticks at major retailers for many years. And it's not like PNY is thought of on the same tier as, say, WD.
doesnt seem to have dram

I'm surprised to see all these no-name ssds popping up for sale. Is it worth it to save a few dollars to not buy something like a PNY or crucial that has brand name recognition?

Will this work for ps4 pro or do you need dram one?
Yes, I put a 1TB TeamGroup EX 2 drive in my PS4 [amazon.com] and it works flawlessly. Load times are roughly half of what they were before, and up to 70% faster on games like GT7 for me. Not sure what the difference is between the EX2 and the AX2 here, but they're rated for about the same speed, so this should work similarly.

Timetec, fanxiang, fikwot, ediloca, kingspec, acclamator, are just a few I noticed on Amazon. Where the F did all these no-name brands come from???

The AX2 is simply a rebranded CX2 sold solely through Amazon, thus the "A." The EX2 has slightly faster R/W (550/520MB/s) over the CX2 (540/490MB/s).

I guess I should have specified...with actual gen-4 speeds lol. As in, PS5-compatible.

So far, any Gen4 drive will be recognized and usable by the PS5–Sony hasn't locked out drives that don't meet their recommended 5500MBps speed. As long as the drive is Gen 4 interface, the PS5 can (presently) use it regardless of whether it achieves true Gen 4 speeds. I suppose they could always change that if Sony deemed it necessary, but right now you're not going to see the difference between 3500MBps and 5500MBps on your PS5.

Is there a good free software to use to clone a currently used 240 GB SSD that is running currently on the pc to this empty drive using a USB 3.0 enclosure?
