I'm still waiting on mine. Purchased around 4pm eastern yesterday and still nothing. Annoyed because I want to use it to book a flight and I'm not sure if the price will be the same by the time I get it. Knew it would be a gamble but I was hoping I would be like most and get it within minutes or a few hours.

The same here. I contacted the customer service via their chat and they said they didn't know why it was cancelled but they would investigate and respond within 48 hours. I received a response a day later and they emailed me the gift cards.

Anyone else have an issue accessing the gift card via the link sent from Sam's?

I try to enter my order # and email which results in nothing. It just clears the text boxes. Sam's live chat is absolutely useless. They keep saying to reach out to SW.

Any advice? Thanks
