Heads up! It may look like they are OOS but you have to choose a greyed out size for it to show an add to cart button.
Possible workaround for those having issues:
Don't click the link that lands you directly on the product.
Instead go directly to converse.com in a new tab or window.
Search for the product.
Try selecting a size and adding to cart now
Also, if you're blocking cookies, this also appears to cause issues, so try allowing temporarily.

I read that as they aren't auto-Including a prepaid label
With every order. Maybe now you have to request a return and they'll email you a return label?

I had difficulty on several pages -- sometimes the size button would not work, even after disabling ad blockers and the like.
I managed to add the scatter dye ones to my card and make it all the way through checkout to be rewarded with "Access Denied" and the order didn't go through.
Switched browsers to Firefox and disabled browser extensions. Finally it went through.
I have ordered from them before and not had problems like this. Probably would have bailed had I not ordered from them previously.
I have ordered several times from Converse.com, and every time I've had to reload the page numerous times just to do basic things; like add to cart; select size; checkout.... its infuriating; even with changing browsers and going from pc to mobile... the errors are definitely on their end... At this point if it takes me 20 minutes to even put it in my cart; then it's just not meant to be.
They seriously need someone to look at their website; because it's just not working right... ><

For what it's worth. I ordered shoes with them last time they had a promotion like this, and somehow I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I didn't notice until I got them. The customer service was super nice and helped me return them and sent me the right size. I don't remember if there was a pre-paid label.

Ah it's early in the am for me… not thinking clearly… maybe that makes more sense.
I had to use Edge to order after the site started greying out the add to cart button despite supposedly being in stock? Either way, one worked, one didn't.
