Most people wouldn't notice or need the difference between the 615cfm and 650cfm power, at least not for a $60 price increase.

But there is a noticeable difference in run time between the 4.0ah and 5.0ah batteries, especially if you're using the one battery to trim the grass and then blow it off the sidewalk. That could justify the $60 price difference for some.

Is it not the same CFM minus the turbo that gives you the 615 or 650

Got this trimmer last year for $90 with a 2ah battery. Sold the battery for $80. Kept the trimmer and used my bigger battery on it. It works good but the overall length compared to my old trimmer, is something to get used to. Obviously the bigger battery will make it heavier.

Price seems about right for these old models. They are pushing for their more top of the line items.

I am a big fan of battery powered lawn equipment because of EGO. I've owned toro and snapper in the past and while it was okay, EGO outperformed them both and tackles my large and yes sometimes neglected property with little hassle.

I have an 80v kobalt that I cannot find string for without calling kobalt. So any brand regardless of China is better than them.

What do you mean you can't find the string for your trimmer? You don't have to use the same brand of line that your string trimmer takes. If you know the max diameter of the string/line that your trimmer takes any brand will do.

The CCP is the Chinese Communist Party. Ego is owned by Chervon Group, a Chinese company.
