Just FYI I had a 912 (smart lever) that died on me after about 8 years (keypad or zwave wouldn't turn lock but key would). When I called them up, they basically said that the products are expected to last 7 years before dying. That may be all you are looking for, of course, and this may be standard across the industry. Just FYI.

Since the 912 is one of the few zwave regular door levers (not deadbolt) on the market, I now own another one. So if you're reading my post, know you're listening to an idiot, or at the very least, a glutton for punishment.

Costco one has a handle. Mine I bought less than 3 years ago and I'm having trouble with the electrical lock. Some days it works fine, but those days are getting further apart now and I have to have my key with me for locking and unlocking

I have this same lock and the other one with physical buttons that was $40 in another deal. Both work but i prefer the cheaper one with physical buttons. Easier to unlock and the more expensive one gets scratched over time

i have the same as the above - cheaper zwave one with physical buttons is way better. this screen is meh 20% of the time as far as detecting touches

How's the warranty with these? I bought one in Costco for 145 about 2 years ago. But now electric part doesn't function. Anyone had any experience or advice?
