It's genuine leather which is like plastic leather. For under $20 this will last a while

It's more of a weekend or work belt, the picture looks like it's dressy but on the models it looks less formal. I have a Dickies brand one that I bought from Walmart that looks pretty similar and it's been very durable.

No. "Genuine leather" is actually an umbrella term that can mean full grain. Looking at the pictures, you can tell it's actually full grain or at least close to it. Looks like pretty good quality if you're looking for a decent quality casual belt, or going for a "smart" rugged chino look as you'll see on the BR site models.

Yeah, anything double prong is not dressy.
Looks durable enough for daily wear, at least for a while.

The $14 Dickies belt is $14 as well (surprising!), has a roller buckle, and is a full 1.5" wide. So not really a deal, but it reminds me that my lawnmowing belt is getting to be pretty terrible.

Edit: I knew not to order black, but after reading the recent reviews of the Dickies, I'm just not going to impulse buy a belt today.
