**** STOP ****

I absolutely love bidets, but for the love of God DO NOT BUY SUPPORT THIS COMPANY OR BUY THIS PRODUCT. Read the reviews first and make an informed decision. I've got 4 of these and after experiencing the same issues with the slow closing hinges breaking on all 4. The lid closes fast and you can't lift the toilet seat without it falling off into the toilet! Customer service chuckled and basically admitted it's a known issue but continue to sell it. I'd highly recommend staying away from these. Read the reviews and the experience of other Slickdealers as they experienced the same issues as we did. Defective by design after about 2 years.

I have this seat... I wouldn't recommend it. It doesn't clean that well imo. Also I had a feature stop working after a year and had to send it in for a warranty fix... That sucked... And also at 2.5 years the heated seat stopped working. I still have it but am waiting for a toto to go on sale. It sounds basic, but having the heated seat is really awesome.
You guys, I have 4 of these. Be aware they do NOT last more than 2-3 years. 1-2 months after 2 year mark, two of the bidets seat and cover slow close mechanism broke. One of them developed a short causing the toilet seat to overheat like crazy.

Read the reviews, these are known problems. BioBidet is selling known defective designs at rock bottom prices so you guys pay the exhorbitant repairs after 2 years.
I would not recommend this one, it's like a pressure washer for your butthole. I prefer the Kohler and Brondell brands that I got from Costco

You NEED a bidet, but these are absolute GARBAGE. I had one for less than two years and the seat itself got brittle and cracked in several places. Their warranty support is non-existent in my experience.

Costco would've covered me, but I'm not taking a used and broken toilet seat back for a $200 refund.

I got the Brondell and it's much nicer. It's better made in a few small but obvious ways, and doesn't feel like it's going to fail. That said, the supply hose and installation hardware of the BioBidet I used to have was slightly nicer, so I reused some parts installing the Brondell.

Why is this getting so many thumbs up even though every other comment says the product is pretty bad with worse customer service? What am I missing?

I have 3 of these. After 5 years of use, they're all still going strong and I like them more than the more pricey Toto Washlets in my new house. Highly recommend
