Hardly. You're comparing a Compleat serving of a 7.5-10 oz tray to only 2 oz of Spam. Compare equal amounts of the two and the Spam contains far more sodium.
They have less sodium than a typical cup noodle if that means anything to you.
Imagine discussing how healthy a processed grocery item is.
Come on. You know what these are. You want them or you don't.

it's hilarious to me when people worry about the "healthy" side of premade and long shelf life food stuffs. First off - has Hormel EVER made anything "good" for you? No. Not once. Nevah. It's cooked, non-refrigerated and it lasts for a loooooooooooong time? WITCHCRAFT! (or chemistry...)
It's cheap food, good for emergencies or just a quick snack. It's not big enough to be a real meal, it's just ....... modern food.
I takes 2 mins to make this if you prepare some pasta and keep in the refrigerator. When you want to eat melt some butter , add the past and some parmesan. Salt and pepper to taste. Will taste 10 times better with an additional 1 minute compared to this 'readymade choice.

I had a coupon, so $7.39 for me. I'll donate them to the church pantry. They still have like 4 rows of cars lined up every Thursday morning. I thought it might lessen with the snow birds leaving but nope.
