I don't know why you eliminated the $25 part, but the whole promo is written as below. So, yes, there is a minimum requirement for the coupon. I believe no minimum refers to their delivery service. Your title is quite misleading.

"sitewide" is apparently quite a loose term at Walgreens. Most items do not qualify.

Are we supposed to tip the Driver? I am little confused as to why amazon drivers don't expect and others expect.

Generally the difference is the Amazon drivers have a truck full of items from a central location to be delivered while these services a driver specifically picks up the item for you from a store. The driver for a Walgreens order probably spends 30 minutes for your order while the Amazon person probably take 3 minutes. Not saying tipping both or either makes sense. Just trying to highlight the difference.

Yeah I would say it's a pure waste of resource if a dedicated person is coming to my home for just a single order when he/she can be assigned multiple orders in which case tipping can be avoided. Probably for somebody who wants immediate delivery (cause they don't own car/ or sick) it makes sense and tipping too.
